The Class Treaty

At the start of the year, Room 6 decided on some rules to include in our class treaty.
Here are 5 that I think are important:

Learning

  • Be cooperative when we are working in a group, help each other.

Working Together
  • Be patient.

Relationships
  • Share your relationships with each other

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible to everyone.

Behaviour
  • Show your manners to everyone.

My Aiga Poem

My Family

My family is Samoan
I am a warrior
My ancestors came from Samoa
I am proud of my ancestors
They help me to be special
They teach me to help others
I believe god because I am a warrior
My ancestors guide me through
My family are warriors

Netbook Reflection

WALT record what learning on our netbooks this year has been like, what we have enjoyed, what has been difficult, what has been interesting.

At the start of the year Room 6 was very lucky to get black, shiny, brand new netbooks! I felt so happy and excied because it was my first time having my own netbook.

I have really liked having my own blog. We can send emails to our teacher so he can check our work. We can share our learning with the world on our own blog.

Some small problems is that sometimes the internet connection doesn’t work and the mouse doesn’t work. Sometimes the screen freezes .

It has been really interesting posting our learning on your blog. You can make movies and edit them. You can post comments to other people’s blog.

I think netbooks are perfect for our learning!
